With a little faith, trust, and probably a lot of pixie dust, the Dining Plan is finally returning! This WDW fan-favorite is a way for your to prepay for your favorite snacks, meals, and beverages before your vacation even starts! In this post we will explore the differences between the two dining plans and what each plan entails.  The Disney Dining Plan is an addition that you can add to your Walt Disney World Resort Package. You're bundling your hotel, theme park tickets, and dining all into one priced package. For each night of your vacation, each guest will receive a certain amount of credits that they use to redeem for meals and snacks. Dining Plan Comparison
Disney Quick-service dining Plan For families on the go all day, this is a fast and easy meal plan option—especially when you have little ones in tow. With the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan you can dine at a variety of Quick Service locations when you're ready to stop and enjoy a casual meal. Just order at a counter, register, or through the mobile app and then find your seat - no dining reservations required! Ready for an afternoon snack? Select a variety of pick-me-ups from popcorn, to Mickey Ice Cream Bars, single serve snack bags, to even nonalcoholic beverages! Disney dining Plan Want to slow down a little and savor special family moments over sit-down meals—or watch the kids light up during Character Dining? Then the Disney Dining Plan is the perfect choice to experience classic dining options at both Quick-Service and Table-Service restaurants, including Character Dining locations. this option allows you to easily plan meals around your family's schedule: Quick-service when you're on the go and Table-Service when you're ready to savor the moment! Reservations at Table-Service restaurants are subject to availability and are highly recommended. Two table-service meals will be redeemed from the dining plan for each person dining at a Fine/Signature Dining experience, select Character Dining experience or a Dinner Show. What is the Refillable Mug?As a Diet Coke Girlie, the refillable mug is priceless to me! At your resort's quick-service location, each guest will pick up a refillable mug. This mug allows for unlimited refills of soda, coffee, and tea. These are "smart" mugs that have an RFID chip in the bottom. When picking up your mug, a Cast Member will activate the mug for the length of your stay, up to fourteen (14) days. Once you fill your mug, you have to wait at least two (2) minutes before getting a refill. They are also only refillable at a resort quick service location, not in the parks. At the end of your trip you can take your mug home! It's a great souvenir of your trip. I love coming back each year to collect different designs. Yes, I have a "collection" of refillable mugs, not a "problem!"  Why Add a Dining Plan to your Vacation Package?
