My most recent accomplishment is obtaining my Certified Accessible Travel Advocate certification through Special Needs Group.
As a Certified Special Needs Travel Advocate, I am able to meet the requests of the special needs, mobility challenged, and mature market segments. |

I am also a CLIA Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC), where I learned even more about accommodating my clients and choosing the right cruise to fit their needs.

What We Can Do For You
While working at Disney World, I observed and listened to people talking about their vacations. I quickly realized that I was very interested in the planning process that’s involved in travelling, and I wanted to help people plan out better trips than they could accomplish on their own!
You see, being a Travel Advisor involves a combination of my two passions which are travelling and planning. Having previously worked for Disney World Resort, Marriott, and even Hilton, I have learned the essentials when it comes to good customer services and exceptional hospitality.
My personal goal is to become that person people think of to come to for help when planning their trip! To accomplish this mission, I will continue to exercise excellent customer service so I may become known for my planning and hospitality skills. When I’m not helping others plan their dream trip, I enjoy learning the art of ballroom dancing. I also love playing with my Schnoodle, Luna. Although travel planning is a part of my job, it is impossible for me to stay away from it for too long as it is my true life's purpose and passion!
